Last week our Spidey Senses were tingling and predicted 'Spider-Man: Far from Home' would 100% repeat as your #1 movie at the Box Office & of course that's what happened.
'Spider-Man: Far from Home' was the #1 movie again with $45.3M and at the time of this post, a 16 day domestic total of $294M! As well as a worldwide total of $864M on a budget of $160M. 2nd place this past weekend was 'Toy Story 4' with $20.9M and after 4 weeks at the box office is still going strong. In 3rd place with $12M was a new Alligator Action Adventure 'Crawl' premiering in theatres followed by another new film 'Stuber' in 4th place with $8.2M. Rounding out the top spots in 5th place with $6.7M was the Danny Boyle directed Comedy 'Yesterday'.
There's only one new movie opening in theatres this weekend, Disney's newest Live-Action remake of 'The Lion King'! Although 'Spider-Man: Far from Home' has been dominating, our official prediction is an easy one! 'The Lion King' will be your new "King" at the Box Office come Monday!
