RETURN/EXCHANGES:

Please note: Not all boxes can always be considered "mint", sometimes there are manufacturing defects that can not be avoided. We always send the best boxes possible. For any product issues, questions or concerns please contact us via email kdogandfish@gmail.com

K-Dog and Fish does not provide return labels for Exchanges or Returns. The onus is on the customer to get them back to us. We will happily then ship the exchanges back to you at no extra charge. Exchanges and returns for online orders can also be done at the Shop. Just provide the Online Order Number. All Exchanges and Returns must be in the same condition as you received them from us.
