*When it comes to previously Pre-Ordered Pops, please understand we are at the mercy of Funko as to when they will be delivered. We won't know we are receiving items until we get a shipping confirmation from Funko. So please be patient, that being said if you have previously pre-ordered Pops with K-Dog & Fish, you are guaranteed those Pops when they arrive! We will fulfill all previously placed pre-orders.
USA DELIVERY: We are Canada's Funko Shop! However we DO Ship within The continental United States. We charge a flat shipping rate of $25 Canadian on all orders between $0 and $149.99 before tax. If over $150 before tax to the USA, or for orders outside of North America, please email, call or DM us on social media for a shipping quote! See more info below for rates and free pick up!

K-Dog and Fish does not provide return labels for Exchanges or Returns. The onus is on the customer to get them back to us. We will happily then ship the exchanges back to you at no extra charge. Exchanges and returns for online orders can also be done at the Shop. Just provide the Online Order Number. All Exchanges and Returns must be in the same condition as you received them from us.
