Congratulations to Theodore B. of St. John's, Newfoundland for being the latest K-Dog & Fish Funko Funatic of the Week!
What got me into Funko was just like a Lays potato chip - you can’t have just one! My first Pop was Skeletor. I was just browsing in a local comic store one day, saw Skeletor and thought it was awesome. I also saw He-Man but figured I would be good with just Skeletor. Yet when I got home and took him out of the box, I knew I HAD to go back the next day to get He-Man.
My favourite Pop is a tough one. Skeletor is way up there, as well as the Venom vs. Spider-Man comic moment that my Fiancé got me for our anniversary. But for my absolute favourite, I think I must go with my Jake the Snake Roberts Chase Pop, for no other reason than the fact that I got to meet him and have it signed. It was a super cool moment for an old school wrestling fan like me!
The focus of my collection is Spider-Man, movies (epically horror), and wrestling. But anything that tickles my nostalgia bones such as Ad Icons is often ripe for the picking.
As far as a Grail Pop that I am looking for, one would be Bigfoot or Snake Plisskin. However even more than Bigfoot and Snake, I would love to have the Mars Attacks Martian. I have resigned myself to knowing I may never have that one unless I win the lottery. Fingers crossed! Perhaps my best hope is Funko designing a new one, that I can buy directly from K-Dog & Fish.
There are a bunch of pops I look forward to, that I think must be made at some point. The Twilight Zone, Trailer Park Boys, The Tragically Hip and David Bowie could have an entire amazing collection, The Toxic Avenger - too many to think of! As for what pops I know are being made, I have recently ordered the long-awaited Seinfeld Pops and been waiting for They Live Pops for a long time. As a huge John Carpenter fan, it is very exciting to see them coming out!
I came across K-Dog & Fish while searching for retailers who ship Pops to Canada, without outrageous shipping costs. Eventually, I found K-Dog & Fish. I happily took a chance on them, and I have not looked back since. Some of the most impressive traits are the free shipping over $49, which is no problem to reach for fans such as myself, and the fact they ship their Pops in immaculate condition. The Pops arrive just as if I bought them off the shelf in a store cherry picking the ones in the best condition. And if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, K-Dog and Fish's customer service is out of this world excellent! They give each and every customer respect, every single time. Their rapport immediately makes you feel like you’ve been genuine pals for years, and let’s face it, you just can't buy that kind of excellent service.”

That autographed Jake the Snake is so cool and all of your photos of Pops out in the wild are just awesome. As for some of those Pops on your wish list... we've been hearing plenty of rumblings about Trailer Park Boys Pops coming soon. We'll have to wait and see! Thank you again for tuning in, choosing K-Dog & Fish and congratulations for being this week's Funko Funatic of the Week!
