RETURN/EXCHANGES:

Please note: Not all boxes can always be considered "mint", sometimes there are manufacturing defects that can not be avoided. We always send the best boxes possible. Please note: There are no exchnages or returns on Mystery Box items. For any product issues, questions or concerns please contact us via email kdogandfish@gmail.com

K-Dog and Fish does not provide return labels for Exchanges or Returns. The onus is on the customer to get them back to us. We will happily then ship the exchanges back to you at no extra charge. Exchanges and returns for online orders can also be done at the Shop. Just provide the Online Order Number. All Exchanges and Returns must be in the same condition as you received them from us.

PLEASE NOTE:

PRE-ORDERS: We have discontinued offering Pre-Orders at this time. Funko Distribution to Canada is too uncertain and there is no information given to us on release dates and there are far too many delays. Which is not fair to us and our community, so going forward we will only offer NEW in stock items that we have received.

Please note if you have outstanding pre-orders currently, they will be fulfilled! Your orders are still in good standing, we are just discontinuing offering pre-orders going forward. *If you have previously placed an order that includes both "In-Stock" Pops as well as "Pre-Order" Pops we will wait until ALL of your Pops are in stock before shipping your order out.

*When it comes to previously Pre-Ordered Pops, please understand we are at the mercy of Funko as to when they will be delivered. We won't know we are receiving items until we get a shipping confirmation from Funko. So please be patient, that being said if you have previously pre-ordered Pops with K-Dog & Fish, you are guaranteed those Pops when they arrive! We will fulfill all previously placed pre-orders.

USA DELIVERY: We are Canada's Funko Shop! However we DO Ship within The continental United States. We charge a flat shipping rate of $25 Canadian on all orders between $0 and $149.99 before tax.
